How it works

Your first order takes about a minute.

Pick the patient, pick the medication, send it. Your price is on screen before you commit, and you can watch it move until it reaches your patient's door. That is the whole job.

The queue your front desk works from. Patient names are fictional.

Start to finish

Three steps, and only one of them is yours.

You place the order. Everything after that is our problem until the box arrives.

Step one

You place the order

Your prescriber picks the patient, the medication, and the strength. Your price is right there before you send it, so you can quote a patient on the spot instead of guessing.

Front desk staff can handle addresses and logistics. Only prescribers can touch the clinical fields, which is enforced by the software rather than by a house rule someone has to remember. Refills reuse everything already on file.

Step two

We take it from there

The order lands with a credentialed pharmacy that can actually fill it for your patient's state. You can see which pharmacy before you order, and it does not change quietly afterwards.

If a pharmacist has a question, it lands on the order itself in your portal, where your prescriber answers it and we are in the thread too. Nothing gets dispensed on a guess, nothing changes without your prescriber signing off, and none of it depends on someone remembering a phone call.

Step three

It reaches your patient

Accepted or declined within one business day. Shipped within two business days of being accepted. Tracking posted the same day it goes out, on the order your staff is already looking at.

Cold chain medications ship at 2 to 8 degrees Celsius and are monitored in transit. Tracking is on the order, so nobody has to call a pharmacy to find out where a vial is.

What to expect

The numbers you can plan around.

These are written into the agreement every pharmacy on the network signs, and reviewed against their actual performance every quarter.

1 day

To accept or decline your order, so you are never left wondering.

2 days

To ship once accepted, with tracking posted the same day it leaves.

2 to 8°C

Cold chain shipped at 2 to 8 degrees Celsius and monitored in transit.

90 to 110%

Potency against label claim, with per-lot sterility and endotoxin testing.

When it goes wrong

The bad days are settled in advance.

Shipments get lost. Boxes sit in the sun. Somebody types the wrong address. You should never have to negotiate any of that while a patient is waiting on you.

  • Arrived warm or spoiled. Reshipped, no charge to you.
  • Lost in transit. Reshipped, no charge to you.
  • Delivered but stolen off a porch. One free replacement per patient a year, then at cost with a signature required.
  • Wrong item or strength sent. Corrected and reshipped, no charge to you.
  • You changed your mind. Cancel free any time before it ships, with no fee at any stage.
  • The address was wrong. That one is on you, and reshipment is at cost. The pharmacy did its job.
Getting started

Onboarding is a conversation, not a project.

Nobody has to migrate anything or install anything. Most practices are ordering the same week they ask.

First

Send us your list

What you order today and roughly how much per month. You get pricing back against your real list.

Then

We set up your account

Your providers and their licences, your team's logins, and your shipping details. Paperwork is a click-through, not a fax.

And

You place your first order

Usually the same week. Somebody walks your front desk through it if you want, or you just start.

Compounded medications are not FDA approved. Prescribing decisions rest with your licensed providers, and dispensing rests with the licensed pharmacy that fills the order. Aayu OS does not currently handle controlled substances.

Get your rates

Tell us what you order.

Send your current medication list and rough monthly volume. You get real pricing back against what you actually order, not a brochure. Usually within one business day.

  • No obligation and no contract to look at pricing.
  • A person who knows the product, not a call centre.
  • If we are not the right fit for you, we will say so.
