For provider practices

One portal for every prescription your practice orders.

Order compounded medications for your patients, watch every shipment move, and settle it all on one invoice. No separate pharmacy logins. No chasing a fax to find out whether something went out.

The work that disappears

Four things your staff stops doing on day one.

Juggling logins

One set of credentials for the whole practice instead of a different portal, password, and process for every pharmacy you use.

Chasing faxes

Status moves on the order itself, from submitted through delivered, with tracking posted the day the pharmacy ships.

Reconciling invoices

One billing relationship across every pharmacy in the network, priced at what you saw on screen when you submitted the order.

Re-keying patients

The patient record, the prescriber, and the shipping address stay on the order. Refills reuse them instead of starting over.

What you can order

A focused formulary, not a catalog you have to dig through.

Aayu OS carries the compounded medications small and mid-sized practices actually order, sourced from licensed US compounding pharmacies. If you order something we do not carry yet, tell us and we will look at adding it.

Weight management

Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide in multiple strengths and vial sizes, cold chain shipped.

Wellness and longevity

NAD+ injectable, released against per-lot certificates of analysis with endotoxin and sterility testing.

Adjuncts and supplies

Non-controlled oral adjuncts and the supplies that go with an injectable program, on the same order.

Aayu OS does not process orders or payment for controlled substances. Compounded medications are not FDA approved, and your prescriber remains responsible for the clinical decision, the prescriber and patient relationship, and informed consent. Where a compounded product would be essentially a copy of an approved drug, the prescriber must document the patient-specific difference that justifies it. See the formulary page.

How it works

Order in a minute. We handle the rest.

Your staff sees one queue and one invoice. Behind it, every order carries the prescriber, the named patient, and the dispensing pharmacy on the same record.

Step one

Your prescriber places the order

Pick the patient, the medication, and the strength. Price is on screen before you submit, and refills reuse everything you already entered.

Step two

It goes to the pharmacy that supplies it

Each product in your catalog is supplied by one named, licensed pharmacy, and you can see which one before you order. Your catalog is filtered to products that pharmacy can ship for the states your prescribers are licensed in.

Step three

The pharmacy dispenses and ships

Accept or reject inside one business day, shipped within two of accepting, tracking posted the same day. Cold chain medications ship cold chain.

Step four

You settle once

One charge to the practice at submission, at the price you saw. Cancel free any time before it ships, with no fee at any stage.

Why practices switch

The difference between one portal and five.

 Ordering pharmacy by pharmacyAayu OS
Access A separate portal, login, and order form for each pharmacy One portal, per-user credentials, two-factor available
Status Call or fax and hope somebody answers Live status on the order, tracking posted the day it ships
Pricing Quoted case by case, reconciled after the fact On screen before you submit, with the platform service charge disclosed
Billing A separate invoice and shipping charge per pharmacy One charge per order, one billing relationship across the network
Coverage You track which pharmacy ships where, and find out too late Your catalog only shows products a pharmacy can ship for the states your prescribers are licensed in
Records Scattered across inboxes and fax confirmations One auditable record of who ordered what, for whom, and when
Built for clinical software

We build the chart, so we built the ordering to match.

Aayu OS comes out of building electronic health records, not out of building a storefront. Patient records, prescriber credentials, and audit trails work the way clinical software is supposed to work, because that is the problem the team already spends its days on.

Business associate agreement

Signed with every practice before ordering begins.

Your data stays yours

Isolated per practice in the database, not only in application code.

Real user accounts

No shared logins. Prescribers and staff get different permissions.

Auditable record

Who ordered what, for whom, and when it moved.
